Cancellation Policy

We would have to settle payment first before any website development begins and its ownership made available for you. After we've made first contact and discussed your interest in the creation of a custom webpage, we will request that a questionnaire is completed to provide additional details. At the moment that a direction for your custom webpage development is established, payment must be submitted in full before your webpage is created. If a cancellation request is submitted during the course of the project, you will only receive 35% of your payment back as the work has already begun for market research, collection of page details, and structural development. Additionally, access to what has been created will be restricted and we will retain control of the page. If a cancellation request is received within 23 hours of payment, you will receive 100% of your payment.
