Shipping & Delivery/Pickup
All orders are mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping is assessed on our premade goods purchased from our online store as well as Customize It Your Way Orders. If your order is $50 or more, before taxes, your order is shipped for free.
Once production has been completed and your order shipped, you will receive an email from us with your shipping details and tracking number.
Orders are delivered 2 - 3 business days after shipping. *There may be a delay in shipping with USPS at times; check your USPS tracking number or local post office for more information should you have concerns.
Local clients may opt for pick up instead of shipping, if you wish; at no additional charge.
Many times, our local clients order Customize It Your Way goods and opt to set up a pickup day and time. This may be established by sending a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Through our email communication, we will schedule a designated time and location to receive your custom order. Pickup locations are in New Haven County, CT and will always be at an open and well-known establishment.
Returns & Cancellations
Our goods are artisanal handicrafts and cannot be returned. As such, you only have 24 hours after you have submitted your payment to cancel your order.
However, that doesn't mean that you do not have a voice. Please contact us regarding your concern.
